USAGE
REQUESTS
All sound (excepting copywrited music and sound effects acquired from published sources), graphics (excepting animated gifs acquired from published sources), photographs and text appearing on tunarelli.com (http://www.tunarelli.com) and clayteunis.com (http://www.clayteunis.com) are the exclusive intellectual property of Clay Teunis and Laura Giannarelli.
The originators of the individual digitized voice recordings who are either current or past clients of Tunarelli S.P., share ownership of same recordings with Tunarelli and where applicable, are protected under United States and international copyright laws. Those sound medleys incorporating music under copyright protection and/or sound effects are used for educational and/or audition purposes (similar to area-wide theatrical auditions) and protection from use of copyrighted music and sound effects is claimed through the Fair Use Act.
The intellectual property described herein may not be downloaded except by normal viewing process of the browser or after written, e-mailed or telephoned communication from owner giving permission for use. No digital recordings of a voice-over, demo or other recordings posted on either tunarelli.com or clayteunis.com may be used (other than for listening via the website) without the consent of Clay Teunis or Laura Giannarelli.
The intellectual property may not be copied to another computer, transmitted, published, reproduced, stored, manipulated, projected, or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitalization or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the permission of Clay Teunis and/or the originators of the voice recordings.
No sound recording medleys are within Public Domain and are the sole property of Clay Teunis and Tunarelli Sound & Design S.P. and therefore any unapproved use of any of these recordings or as the basis for another sound concept, mix, alteration or conversion to any other medium, may be a violation of copyright.
Unauthorized use of any images, sounds or text found on the Tunarelli website or any of its embedded html pages, should not be considered binding under the Fair Use Act.*
*No, you don’t have to pay royalties on music and sfx used for your recording, only the hourly rate or package rate for the required labor to produce them. We respect the rights of the folks who produce music and other sound used for demos, but that’s just what they are, demos: They are not sold to any individual or entity, therefore are not held accountable as commercials CDs must be.
